Exceed Compliance is owned and operated by Kyle Nankivell, a compliance certifier. Kyle has been working in hazardous substances certification since 2014. He has experience in all hazardous substance classes (explosives, flammable gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, oxidisers, toxics, corrosives and eco-toxics).

Having worked alongside a wide range of New Zealand industries achieving compliance, Kyle is known for his helpful and careful assistance. His approach is to gather as much information as possible, give clearly sourced and explained technical feedback to clients, working with them until they achieve compliance.

Kyle is a WorkSafe NZ approved compliance certifier TST100249, authorised to issue compliance certificates in the following categories: Class 2 Locations up to 300kgImported CylindersImported Cylinders (UN)Pre-Comissioning Cylinders Kyle also has experience in general hazardous substances consulting, training, safety data sheets and producing site plans.
